Are these supposed to be the presets that come with after effects, because my later furnishings doesn't have any presets?

I have a question. Hopefully someone please respond. I'thou looking for the preset that animates the text from line particles that eventually turns into letters and can't seem to find it. I have been searching for information technology for the past two years and accept found cypher. An example of what I am looking for is from the opening title credits from the divergent pic. Hello Thomas, yous most probable won't find a preset for this, the messages pieces will demand to be animated manually or with an expression.
After effects presets do not allows to interruption letters in multiple parts unfortunately, hope this helps.
